The ordered furniture will be delivered by a transport company. The shipment will be delivered on the day and time slot you'll be notified of via text message during the shipping scheduling stage.

We'll carry the furniture to the first room in your apartment* or house.
Before placing your order, please check that the furniture will fit through the doorway.

*If the building doesn't have an elevator, we'll carry it up to the fourth floor.

The Seller provides a 2-year warranty on all goods offered in the online store. The 2-year warranty period begins on the date the goods are delivered to the customer.

The guarantor is Meblolux Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Działdowo, ul. Grunwaldzka 40, 13-200 Działdowo.

If for any reason the furniture you have purchased from our shop does not meet your expectations you have the option to return the ordered products within 30 days of receiving the goods.

If you decide to return the goods you need to submit a request through our website.

All you have to do is log in to your Customer Panel. If you made the purchase as a non-logged-in customer, create an account by registering with the e-mail address you used to place the order.

Your order history will automatically be added to your account. Then go to "Order history and details" and select the products to return. Fill in the fields and submit your return request.

Once our staff has verified your request, you will receive a refund confirmation.

Obsługa świetna. Był telefon z informacją o dostawie. Powiadomienia o etapach realizacji. Kontakt z obsługą i odpowiedź na wszystkie pytania. Szybki czas realizacji. Jedynie co to do tego modelu narożnika sugerowałabym aby dostawcy mieli pasy do noszenia mebli bo jest on bardzo ciężki i 2 osoby nie są w stanie go wnosić po schodach na 4 piętro. Więc albo past albo 3 osoby do transportu. A sklep jak najbardziej polecam. Dowożą po całej Polsce i to jest na wielki plus

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Sofa na czas transportu zabezpieczona tekturą i folią (3 „paczki”). Usługa wniesienia bezproblemowa. Sofa podzielona na 4 elementy, które trzeba samemu złożyć, ale jest to bardzo intuicyjne i proste. Solidna i bardzo wygodna. Dziękuję i polecam!
