Returns - check how to do it

If for any reason the furniture you have purchased from our shop does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return the ordered products within 30 days of receiving the goods.

If you decide to return the goods you need to make a request through our website.

All you have to do is log in to your Customer Panel. If you made the purchase as a non-logged-in customer, create an account by registering with the e-mail address you used to place the order.

Your order history will automatically be added to your account. Then go to "Order history and details" and select the products to return. Fill in the fields and submit your return request.

Once our staff has verified your request, you will receive a refund confirmation.

Only after you have received the confirmation if you request the return of a product, send it to the address:

The cost of transport of the returned product is covered by the customer. Remember to secure the furniture well before sending it by courier, as we will not be able to accept furniture that has been damaged in transit.

Important! The option to withdraw from the purchase contract does not apply to prefabricated goods, i.e. goods which the customer configures according to his own needs, e.g. selects the fabric individually from the fabric pattern book, selects the layout of a modular corner, etc.
