The furniture you received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit?
Don't worry, we will do our best to rectify this as soon as possible. To make a complaint, you must be logged in to the Customer Panel. If you made the purchase as a non-logged-in customer, simply register with the same e-mail address you used to place the order. Your order history will then be added to your account.
You should then go to the "Complaints" section, where you can easily lodge a complaint about the order you have selected by completing the fields in the application.
