We determine the side of a corner sofa by looking at the furniture in front of it - if the ottoman (a popular "daybed") is on the left, it is a left-side corner sofa and similarly if it is on the right, it is a right-side corner sofa.

We always try to ensure that our photos best reflect the appearance of the furniture in reality, however, the colour may slightly differ for reasons such as, for example, monitor settings and incidental light. In order to avoid this probability, customers can always take advantage of the free shipment of fabric samples to a parcel of their choice.

Make a complaint to us immediately via the customer panel, describing which item was damaged and attaching photos and the invoice number.

Definitely not. We try to help you at every stage of the complaint process and we are in regular telephone contact with you.

You are not obliged to do so and it does not affect the subsequent processing of the complaint.

You can always refuse to accept the parcel or contact our Sales Department.

You have the right to return furniture purchased in the shop within 30 days without giving a reason by sending it back to our company's address at your expense. With the exception of products that you personalise to your individual preferences, e.g. corner units, where the customer chooses the side of the corner unit, upholstery etc., these products cannot be returned.

Yes, each of our products comes with a minimum two-year guarantee.

In the case of payment on delivery, we will begin processing your order the next working day after you place your order, and if you choose to pay in advance or the entire amount in advance, we will begin processing your order the moment the funds are credited to our account. We will inform you of the exact moment of the order progress by incoming statuses in an e-mail.
