Transport and delivery
Standard transport
The ordered furniture will be delivered by a transport company. The shipment will be delivered on a date and time slot that we will inform you of via SMS at the shipment planning stage. The carrier will deliver the furniture to the address indicated in the order and unload the consignment from the vehicle. The courier is not obliged to carry the shipment if you have not purchased a carry-in service.

Express delivery
In this form of delivery the furniture goes to you straight from the factory bypassing intermediate warehouses which significantly speeds up the delivery time, in some cases up to 48h!
Own collection
Our central warehouse is located at 26 Pstrowskiego Street Olsztyn 10-602 Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Poland. After being informed by our logistics department that the furniture from your order has found its way to our warehouse, all you need to do is make an appointment to collect your furniture at a convenient time during the shop's working hours. Nice gentlemen working in our warehouse will help you load them onto the car.
Transport abroad
We can deliver our furniture to most EU countries. We make a quote for transport individually. For this purpose, please send an e-mail to sklep@umebluje.pl indicating the exact delivery address and the furniture.
Delivery
We carry the furniture into the first room of your flat or house. Please remember to check before placing your order that the furniture you have ordered will fit through the doorway. Couriers have the right to refuse an order if the conditions in the house/apartment do not allow it. We will then refund you the cost for this service.
