How to buy by instalments?

1. select goods and make an application

Add the goods to your cart and choose Santander Consumer Bank's eRATS as a form of payment.
Fill in the e-application choosing the most favourable for you loan period and possible own payment.

2. wait for a Santander Consumer Bank consultant to contact you.

Bank consultant will call you in order to complete additional data - prepare your identity card and information about the amount and source of income.
During the phone call, the consultant will provide you with the loan decision and information about the documents necessary to obtain the loan.

3. sign the loan documentation

Further proceedings in the case of a positive credit decision depend on the method of concluding the credit agreement you have chosen.

1. online agreement

Santander Consumer Bank will make the loan documentation available for download in electronic form (PDF files), which you will also confirm that you have read electronically.
Then, in order to verify your identity, you will need to make a PLN 1 return transfer to the account and in the manner indicated by the Bank in the Customer Panel.

2. the Agreement delivered via courier service

Santander Consumer Bank will send the loan documentation to you by courier. Before the delivery, the courier will ask you to show your ID card.
Then make your signatures in the marked places, attach additional documents (if required) and hand them over to the courier.

4 Delivery of the goods

Once Santander Consumer Bank has received the accepted (Transfer) or signed (Courier) credit documentation and it has been positively verified, we will notify the e-store that the goods can be delivered. The retailer will contact you to confirm the delivery terms of the purchased goods and to make your own payment, if any, if declared by you.
