TheAmeland mattress is a product made of high-quality foam that actively changes its firmness under the influence of the temperature of the person lying down. The five zones of hardness used in the Ameland mattress means that it adapts perfectly to the natural curves of the body, providing comfort at the highest level. The use of thermoelastic foam on two sides makes the mattress double-sided. An advantage of the product is the removable cover, which can be washed for better hygiene and freshness. Foam mattress, has two levels of firmness to choose from H2 (soft), H3 (medium), adapts to the body under the influence of heat, pressure reduction and massaging, very good body support along the entire length, five zones of firmness. Construction: Insert: 8cm Kaltschaum 5-field high-flexible foam, 5cm of modelled Bio Memory foam on both sides. Cover: Your choice from the Exclusive range, height: approx. 18cm. The ordered furniture will be delivered by a transport company. The shipment will be delivered on the day and time slot you'll be notified of via text message during the shipping scheduling stage.

Guarantee 2 years

The Seller provides a 2-year warranty on all goods offered in the online store. The 2-year warranty period begins on the date the goods are delivered to the customer.

The guarantor is Meblolux Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Działdowo, ul. Grunwaldzka 40, 13-200 Działdowo.

Return Within 30 days

If for any reason the furniture you have purchased from our shop does not meet your expectations you have the option to return the ordered products within 30 days of receiving the goods.

If you decide to return the goods you need to submit a request through our website.

All you have to do is log in to your Customer Panel. If you made the purchase as a non-logged-in customer, create an account by registering with the e-mail address you used to place the order.

Your order history will automatically be added to your account. Then go to "Order history and details" and select the products to return. Fill in the fields and submit your return request.

Once our staff has verified your request, you will receive a refund confirmation.

The furniture you received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit?

Don't worry, we will do our best to rectify this as soon as possible. To make a complaint, you must be logged in to the Customer Panel. If you made the purchase as a non-logged-in customer, simply register with the same e-mail address you used to place the order. Your order history will then be added to your account.

You should then go to the "Complaints" section, where you can easily lodge a complaint about the order you have selected by completing the fields in the application.
